The new version of our Estella series is specially designed to allow a strong saving of the packaging film. The automated pre-stretch system in fact allows you to set elongations up to 450% of the original length of the film, thus reaching the technical limits of extensibility that it allows. In this way the film, used to its maximum possible extension, allows savings compared to packaging with manual stretching that can reach and exceed 50%, significantly contributing to a better exploitation of resources and a concrete saving in packaging costs.

Pre-extension
The pre-extension system with 2 motors managed by an inverter, allows you to adjust the percentage of pre-extension of the film, up to 450%.

The resulting advantages are:
- Optimization of the film yield, because during the passage between the rollers, it stretches saving in linear meters
- Reduction of wear that occurs with traditional clutches
- Improved film tension adjustment
- Reduction of the effort exerted by the film on the edges.
- Better opening of macro holes when using aeration film.
- Dispensing of the film by the machine and not dragging by the package to be packed.

This rotating platform machine packs pallets with stretch film.

The tension of the film is managed through an electrical magnetic clutching system.

The platform rotation speed and the film holder speed are settable. There are 3 different cycles:
- Wrapping up
- Wrapping up and down
- Waterproof

There are other available options:
- Weghting system integrated available 
- Bury the machine underground
- Lifting legs

The machine can be equipped with software that allows the detection of pallet dimensions, weight and sharing of these data with the company's management system.

The machine is desing to working within a automatic line and to wrap reels horizontally through streching film.
Once the reel reaches the wrapping position, it starts to rotate around his own axis through two motorized rolls.
The film holder system hooks the film to the product and shifts ahead and backward on the same axis of reel realizing a complete and resistant wrapping.
The hooking is accomplished through a hot-melt process and a special glue which doesn't let trace on the wrapped product.

The machine can be equipped also with:
- automatic system to place lateral plates
- automatic labeller;
- machine that place label underneath the reel;
- weigthing system;
- Pressing roll tobetter stabilized the product

Semiautomatic machine to wrap pallet.
The operator place on the center of the machine the pallet, stick the film to the pallet and leave the working zone and start the cycle. The machine wraps the pallet according to the parameter set on the panel control.

The machine can be equipped also with:
- Arising basement for pallet
- Manual unroller of film to cover the upper part of the pallet;
- Automatic cutting system.

Our idle rollers conveyors are designed and made according to the costumer request by setting length, dimension, width, load capacity, interaxle of the rolls for each specific applications.

Automatic machine to be placed underneath a motorized conveyor to allow the transportation of pallet on different levels inside an automatic line or wrapping process.
The operation of raising is normally necessary when the pallet has to be wrap completely or if an auxiliary operation is needed like placing on top a shrinking film.
