The machine is desing to working within a automatic line and to wrap reels horizontally through streching film.
Once the reel reaches the wrapping position, it starts to rotate around his own axis through two motorized rolls.
The film holder system hooks the film to the product and shifts ahead and backward on the same axis of reel realizing a complete and resistant wrapping.
The hooking is accomplished through a hot-melt process and a special glue which doesn't let trace on the wrapped product.

The machine can be equipped also with:
- automatic system to place lateral plates
- automatic labeller;
- machine that place label underneath the reel;
- weigthing system;
- Pressing roll tobetter stabilized the product
- Lateral ejecting roll
