STRUCTURE
Supporting structure in electro-welded and powder coated steel with single post containing the automatisms of the machine. Drives with three-phase asynchronous motors controlled by frequency converter

COLUMN
Rotating arm column in aluminum to reduce weight and inertia of the rotating parts.

CART
Electromagnetic friction reel-holder trolley for optimal control of the film tension.

CONTROL PANEL
Simple and intuitive control panel made with potentiometers and selectors for quick adjustment of:
- arm rotation speed;
- trolley ascent / descent speed;
- number of turns at the base;
- number of turns at the top;
- type of packaging cycle to be carried out (only ascent - ascent / descent - waterproof)

STRETCH FILM
The machine uses reels of stretch PE CAST film with thickness from 6 to 30 my., Film height of 450-500 mm, internal core diameter 60 - 76.2 mm, external diameter of film reel maximum 240 mm. Maximum reel weight 16kg. The material must be of the single-glued type wound with the glue side inside the reel.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Inserted in the column, it is equipped with PLC and Schneider frequency converters

LANDBOOM ACCESSORIES
The Landboom Plus version has been designed to increase the productivity of the machine by focusing on the automation of manual operations typical of semi-automatic machines. The operations of hooking the film before and the cutting at the end of the packaging are no longer the responsibility of the operator but of an automatism that performs these operations in full autonomy including the sealing of the final flap. To make these operations possible, the pallet must be placed on a raised base.

OPTIONAL
- Touchscreen operator panel: allows for customizable and memorable packing cycles as well as manual handling (not present on the basic model);
- Motorized pre-stretch carriage to reduce film consumption. Fixed pre-extension ratio 180% theoretical.
- Remote control for remote cycle start.
